Fees

In most instances we will provide a written estimate of how much we think the particular transaction/transaction will cost so that - you - the client has an indication as to what to expect. Some transactions and work carried out by the firm will entail fees charged on a time and attendance basis on an hourly rate. Those rates are specified by the principal of the firm at the time of our meeting.

In some situations the urgency or importance of the matter or the value of the transaction will lead to a charge which is over and above our estimate or standard hourly rate costing - in all instances we will discuss this with you before we proceed.
